Hello, sister Ruth,
I first began corresponding with Siter Angelina in about 1981, when the Madrians were based in Oxford. I took out a subscription to The coming Age then, and bought back issues starting from issue 6, because they did not have the earlier issues then. In about 1985. I started receiving Literary Circle papers, but I can't remember when. This was all a long time ago, and I can't remember the details. Sister Angelina stopped sending me the Literary Circle papers at about 1985. I never attended any meetings in Oxford or London.
May She be with you,
DAvid.

Hello David, That is fascinating, thank you.
5. Can you remember how you first discovered the Madrians?
I am surprised that you received the Madrian Literary Circle papers so late in Madrian history. Although I have read in Issue 2 The Coming Age that "We would have to make photocopies in case the original MSS were lost in the post or elsewhere,..."
Hebden Bridge
David you have said that "I met a married couple with their six month old daughter in Hebden Bridge. The wife of this couple became the head of the household in Burtonport." 6. Was this Donna Rhiannon and Master Richard, with their daughter? 7. Was the daughter named Maia ? 8. Did you eat with them ? 9. Did you celebrate a Rite of Sacrifice with them ? 10. Pray with them ? 11. From what you have said, were there no other members of the Hebden Bridge household ?
May Dea bless you. Blessed is She. Sorella (Sister) Sophia Ruth

Hello Sister Ruth,
I discovered the Madrians by seeing an advert in the magazine Prediction. The couple I met were Donna Rhiannon and Richard, and their daughter was called Persephone Maia. I had dinner wit them, but I did not celebrate a Rite with them or pray with them The Madrians were not, at that time, gathered together in a single household.
May She be with you,
David.

I used to go to a young women's camp in Hebden Bridge, in the hills. Used to look forward to that every year, it was a beautiful experience since I live in a city and never get to experience nature. I'm a bit too old for it now (though I may volunteer as a counsellor in the future), and they've moved locations, but it makes me happy knowing that there is a little bit of Deanic history there.

Hello Sister Sophia,
Machpelah House was the name of the house the Madrians moved into. I don't know how many of them there were. As for questions, this all happened a very long time ago, and my memory is faulty, but I remember asking some questions about the use of corporal punishment.
May She be with you,
David.

Hello Madria Sophia,
I received Literary Circle papers from Sister Angelina and met her twice, the second time only briefly. I had a small number of telephone conversations with her.
May She be with you,
